Thanks to Ian for our 2hr training session, I was skeptical about what we would achieve with a crazy new puppy in just a single session, we had already tried some of our own training following the barrage of advice thrown at us from well meaning friends/family and strangers with hit and miss success. Within the two hours we had a puppy that no longer mouths/bites, no more face licking and although sometimes he still needs reminding of his manners we also have no more jumping! Can not believe how quickly and easily Otis (or more rather his humans) took to the techniques.
